Walking Through Winter is a four-part, mindful hiking series held from November through February by MindFuelBody coach, Tamara. The walks offer a seasonal pause to move your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the landscape around you.
Co-created with Pier Journal, each ~3.5-hour hike is a spacious blend of walking, guided meditation, creative reflection, and quiet connection. These gatherings offer a soothing space to re-ground, feel the season more deeply, and stay connected through the darker months.
